How do I book a property?
Browse our property listings, select your dates and number of guests, then click "Book Now" on your chosen property. You'll need to create an account or log in to complete your booking.
When will I be charged?
Payment is processed immediately upon booking. For instant book properties, your reservation is confirmed right away. For request-to-book properties, payment is only processed once the host accepts your request.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by property. Each listing displays its specific cancellation policy. Generally, you can cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund if your check-in is more than 14 days away.
How do I check in?
Check-in instructions are sent to you 24 hours before your arrival. Many properties offer self-check-in with smart locks or keyboxes. Check your booking confirmation for specific details.
Can I contact the host before booking?
Yes! Use the "Contact Host" button on any property listing to send a message. This is a great way to ask questions about the property or clarify details before making your reservation.
For Property Owners
How much does it cost to list my property?
Listing your property on KyroStay is free. We only charge a service fee when you receive a booking. The fee is 15% of the booking total, plus applicable taxes.
When do I receive payment?
Payments are released 24 hours after guest check-in. Payouts are processed weekly every Friday via bank transfer to your registered account.
Can I sync my calendar with other platforms?
Yes! KyroStay supports iCal calendar synchronization with Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and other platforms. This prevents double bookings by automatically blocking dates across all your platforms.
How do I set my pricing?
You have full control over your nightly rates. You can set base prices, weekend rates, seasonal pricing, and custom rates for specific dates. Our dynamic pricing suggestions can help optimize your revenue.
What if a guest damages my property?
You can require a security deposit for bookings. If damage occurs, document it with photos and file a claim through our platform. We'll work with both parties to resolve the issue fairly.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as bank transfers for certain bookings.
Are there any additional fees?
In addition to the nightly rate, you may see a cleaning fee, service fee (10% of subtotal), and taxes (19% VAT). All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Many properties offer discounts for weekly stays (7+ nights get 10% off) and monthly stays (30+ nights get 20% off). Some hosts also offer early booking or last-minute discounts.
